Bookings and payments

  1. In order to make your booking please complete and email back the booking form to; kelly@bubbletastic.co.uk
  2. Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of a cleared payment for 50% of the total amount, (known as the ‘deposit’). The deposit should be paid within 7 days of returning the completed booking form.
  3. If you fail to pay the 50% deposit within 7 days of returning the completed booking form Bubbletastic may cancel the booking
  4. The balance must be paid in full on the day of the event
  5. All prices quoted reflect details you initially provided, any changes to the time, location or number of children participating in the event may result in a price increase.
  6. You should keep a copy of the booking form and Bubbletastic’s confirmation for your records.
  7. Any changes, (including the decrease/increase in participants) to the details provided on the booking form must be requested and agreed by Bubbletastic 7 days prior to the event.
  8. The minimum number of participants is 8 for private events, 15 for group events, (such as Girl Guides etc).
  9. Should any participants fail to attend on the day of the event, they will still be charged for, as per the booking form.

    Cancellations
  10. Cancellation requests must be made via email using the original email thread used to book the event and must be confirmed by Bubbletastic.
  11. If you cancel the booking less than 21 days prior to the event you will lose the deposit. If you cancel the booking more than 21 days before the event you will be refunded the deposit paid via your original payment method.
  12. In the unlikely event that Bubbletastic cancels the booking you will be informed immediately and all reasonable attempts will be made to find an alternative date, if a alternative date if found no refund will be given. Should an alternative date not be found Bubbletastic will refund your deposit.

    Safety
  13. The behaviour of the participants at the event is your responsibility.
  14. Bubbletastic will do everything possible to ensure a safe and happy event however the safety of the participants at the event is your responsibility.
  15. You must ensure there is adequate adult supervision at all times. For participants under the age of 10 Bubbletastic recommends a ratio of one adult per 5 participants.
  16. Although Bubbletastic ingredients do not contain nuts it is not possible to guarantee a nut free production therefore it is recommended that children with nut allergies do not take part in any Bubbletastic event. It is your responsibility to check for nut allergies with all participants prior to the event. Bubbletastic will take no responsibility for children with nut allergies.
  17. If any of the participants has sensitive skin, their parents/guardians should check the list of ingredients, (supplied upon request) to check and confirm any issues prior to the event.

    Facilities
  18. Please ensure there is adequate parking outside the event for Bubbletastic as the equipment is heavy and bulky.
  19. Please ensure there is adequate table/s and work surface area to accommodate the number of participants taking part. The floor within this area must be clear and free of hazards.
  20. Bubbletastic require access to a microwave and sink with hot running water during the event.

    Delayed start
  21. If the start of the event is delayed through no fault of Bubbletastic’s it may not be possible to complete all activities, there will be no reduction in the balance due should this occur.

    Bubbletastic liability
  22. Bubbletastic is only liable to you as set out in these terms and conditions. Bubbletastic has no other duty or liability to you.
  23. Bubbletastic holds public liability insurance that covers damage to property (that Bubbletastic directly causes). If any damage, that Bubbletastic causes, is due to a hazardous work area then any claim will not be considered. Any participants or adult helpers that cause damage are not covered under this insurance and will be their/your responsibility.
  24. Any damage to property of the event holder’s, caused directly by Bubbletastic must be reported at the event. Any damages reported once Bubbletastic has left the event will not be taken into consideration.

    Complaints
  25. Any complaints must be made via email within 7 days after the event.
  26. Bubbletastic will make every effort to settle disputes within a reasonable amount of time.

    Cosmetic Product Safety Reports
  27. Bubbletastic’s recipes have been certified by a chartered chemist, copies of the cosmetic product safety reports are taken to every event and can be read at the event if required.
  28. A detailed ingredients list will be sent home with every participant.

    Data Protection
  29. Bubbletastic is committed to keeping your personal data safe and secure and will take all reasonable steps to ensure that it is kept secure against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. Your personal information will not be shared with anyone without your permission.

  30. Bubbletastic is a trademarked name owned solely by Kelly Gummett.
